I’m Susan Holsapple.  I’m a Functional Nutrition Coach, Digestive Health Specialist and  certified Detoxification Specialist. I believe that most health issues begin in the gut.  Therefore, my mission is to help people like you resolve health issues by restoring their digestive health and in turn bringing balance to their body, mind, and soul to ultimately renew their lives. My approach in helping you to reach your health goals is holistic, taking into account all of the many facets of your life, including nutrition, physical activity, physical environments, relationships, spiritual needs, careers and financial situations.    Because you are unique, I partner with you to help you find the specific incremental lifestyle changes that work best for you to heal yourself and balance your life.
