I’m Susan Holsapple, Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach.

I help busy women just like you resolve their resistance to weight loss and uncover the root causes of their weight gain, illness or disease.  We partner hand-in-hand to design lifestyle strategies that you can easily maintain and ensure you live your absolute best life.

I am a proud graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Holistic Nutrition Labs’ Full Body Systems and I am a Certified Gluten Practitioner.
