Hi. I’m Susan Holsapple, founder and owner of Wellness with Susan. I’m a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach specializing in digestive, autoimmune and other inflammatory issues.
For 30 years, I juggled a high tech corporate career with my family’s activities. So, I know what it is like to lead a hectic life filled with people and responsibilities pulling you in all different directions. All the while, I was struggling with IBS that I’d had my entire life which kept me from fully participating in all the activities I wanted to do with my family and friends.
What I didn’t know was how much sugar was a part of my IBS struggles. Even though I ate lots of vegetables and fruit, I grew up eating dessert every night and often more than one helping. Pound cake with coffee was my ideal breakfast. So as you can imagine, I was absolutely addicted to sugar!
I had to find a way to kick my sugar habit and that was not easy. But I did it based on the same principles I’m sharing with you in this transformational program!
Now I help busy professionals discover the lifestyle strategies they need to not just address symptoms, but to identify and resolve root causes of their health issues so that they can take control of their health and optimize their energy and focus to bring healing and vibrancy back to their lives.
